Sears forgot to turn off test mode and the washer did not work after the repairmen left. i had to call back but he returned in a few minutes. I was happy with the fast response by the repairman and with the overall fix.

They couldn't do any repairs because of bug infestation. Told me we have to buy a new range, means we wasted $100 for a service charge. I will probably cancel my AHS contract as it never seems to resolve the problems with my appliances.

The technician was fantastic, you had a zero stars for your confirmation system. I had to take a day off work to wait for him to get there at 3 o’clock. Very poor system.
