Same thing as Megan, they scheduled and appointment from 8-5pm and texted mat at 11:40am that they cancelled the appt and i had to reschedule. They said they would put me on an emergency list and get back with me in 24hrs NO CALL. I then rescheduled it at their earliest which was a week later from 8-5pm and they DID IT AGAIN CANCELLED THE APPT AT 11:40AM DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Although the two people that came out to fix it were wonderful and very capable. It’s going on over three weeks now without a decision to replace it or fix it.

Absolutely horrible! I would never recommend this service to any consumer. We have a broken dishwasher, it has been over a month and it is still not fixed. Sears requires you to be home from 8-5 but will “no show” without any warning. They “no showed” the first appointment. They diagnosed the problem at the second appointment. They ordered the parts and scheduled the appointment to come back to install the parts. The parts were delivered to our home within seven days and Sears “no showed” for two more appointments. We called customer service after each “no show” appointment and were told a manager would call us. No one has called. The customer service representatives are rude and defensive. The technicians finally came back and installed the parts but it did not fix the issue. They said it will be another three weeks until they could come back to install the next set of parts. Two months to fix a dishwasher is ridiculous especially when the parts are delivered within seven business days. If you would like a speedy repair I definitely do not recommend this service. If you value good customer service I also do not recommend this service.

I have been dealing with Sears for some time, I purchased a washer and dryer, my first stereo came from Sears. Recently I had purchased a Home Warranty plan from Sears for all my appliances. My fridge started getting warm, and not holding the proper temp. I called Sears for service, they came out, but was unable to fix it, the technician told me that I needed a new fan, which I purchased, a week or so later, the temperature started rising again. In all I paid over $400 for a part that I didn't need. I paid $100 deductible, plus my monthly maintenance fee of $64.49. I have called Sears seven times to fix a problem that they knew was not fixable. I have cancelled my home warranty service, which Sears charged me $25 to do. I asked them to replace my $100 deductible, and refund my money for food that spoiled, but because I cancelled my service they said no. I have a friend that is having issues with Sears as well. When I spoke to the young lady this morning, I asked her what happened to customer service? Why is Sears not honoring the promises that they make to their customers?

Never again!! Charged me $132.00, service guys (nice men) came in for 3 minutes to tell me the part was no longer available. Don't trust the AI automotive phone/text, they didn't know what the issue was until they arrived. Owner was rude and combative, threatened collections right away...never again!

Technician was very Courteous and professional. But did not resolve the issue . He said the noise was from the ice hitting the fan and just has to de ice it and charged me $200 . Thought the was fine but the next day I noticed all ice in the is ice maker melted, and Everything in the freezer started melting too. So it was cooling before but now it’s not… I immediately tried to contact them through their texting app, which was not an ideal experience. They said the soonest they could get , here was three days later. At that point, I’ve lost hundreds of dollars of food in the fridge and freezer . Once a different tech arrives I explain my experience and he said it was probably the same issue just misdiagnosed and quoted me $800 in parks and labor and they wouldn’t arrive for two more weeks So basically, talk me into just buying a new fridge. And he tried to charge me $138 Just for coming out because the tech did not put it in the work order right the first time. The techs were nice and understand but the company’s procedures and customer support make for a terrible customer experience. Definitely try somewhere else if you want any appliance fixed

The tech told me my dryer wasn't working properly because two out of three of the vents outside or closed, but he never opened them for me, so my dryer still isn't working
