Unfortunately I provided all information before the appointment was scheduled. Then when technician arrived I explained the exact same thing just for him to tell me that this is something that can’t be fixed. 30 seconds, literally!! So that cost me $130 now off to purchase a new washing machine. With information that was provided before the visit they could have told me this!! So unhappy with this service. Thankfully the technician was pleasant!

I have been fighting with sears for months to get a washing machine fixed. It broke in February it's September going into October. I have the part and they can't service it till October 17th. Laundry out in town is expensive no solution no resolution. I called sears said I had the part and I need some one today they scheduled an appointment for between 8 and 5 which honestly is ridiculous but I took it they showed up after 6 saw that this was a new service request said they couldn't do anything for me and canceled my appointment. Wasted another day still no resolution.

Randy S from Sears Home Services tried to clear the clogged A/C drain line with no success - said the line was still clogged and left my house - my son-in-law came over today with some drain cleaner and cleared the clogged drain in 30 minutes. A/C is working fine now. Very poor service from the Sears Tech Randy.

I had them out to diagnose a dead freezer. It originally cost $200 and the Sears guy quoted me $400 to fix it because the $30 replacement part was no longer available. I found it on Google 5 minutes after he left but Sears Home Services still charged me $108 for the service call. Blatant fraud and they know there’s nothing you can do about it.

Technicians didn't call or leave any message for call back. Sear site there is no option for reschedule appointment. They give you 8hrs window to show up anytime from 9am to 5pm ...on top of that they never call you ahead of time for ETA. Sears we all have work can't be sitting home waiting for you to show up at your convenience...will never use them again

Came to fix A/C said he needed to get a part. Left and texted me and said they had the part. Never showed back up and then the office rescheduled us for a week out and wouldn’t move us any closer. 95 outside kinda need A/C

Sears was sent by our home warranty insurance to fix our AC. Two technicians came and worked for a while, saying they replaced the capacitor, fixed some bad wiring, and added Freon. They assured us that everything was in good condition and that the AC should work fine. However, it only worked for less than an hour after they left. Now, we have to wait two weeks for them to come back and fix it again. In this Florida heat, this delay is incredibly difficult for us.

Terrible experience. Paid over $400.00 for repair to my refrigerator ice maker and with 45 days the ice maker stopped working. They said 30 days parts and labor. Who limits a warranty for 30 days? Well, not only will they loose my future business but everyone I know will learn about this absolute rip off. How can they continue to stand behind a product that they install for ONLY 30 days. IF I WAS operating this company and was interested in repeat business, I would call the company that made the product and INSIST they give me a new one......POORLY RUN REPAIR BUSINESS
