My first tech that arrived had a bad attitude and closed my case without doing anything. Then Miguel was sent. I can't say enough, he was pleasant and nice. He kept us informed of what was going on with my ac system. He definitely went above and beyond, with all the issues he had, to make sure my ac system was up and running before he left. I appreciate everything. Angela

This 5 stars is for Randy NOT Miguel and NOT for Sears Repair. Randy was thorough and knowledgeable and finally fixed the unit today. Miguel came out 3 different times without the part needed. It took 4 appointments over the course of 1month to get this air conditioning unit fixed. I tried calling and trying to talk to someone for the entire month probably 6 times with 3 different costumer service numbers that just accessed the same recording. There is no way to navigate through the AI to speak to someone. We had to just wait for the technician to show up again, but, until Randy came we had no resolution. A overall frustrating experience. I don’t understand how a repair company can send a technician out 3 times without inquiring about the problem with the homeowner. I would give Sears Repair 1 star.
