Kevin called before arriving and got here 4 minutes sooner than expected. Once he saw the unit, he fixed it quickly with minimal disruption to our household. He said it was an easy fix and the entire unit didn't need to be replaced. (I was advised by another company that it would need to be replaced and would cost me over $8,000!!!) The home warranty sent a professional whom I could trust. Thank you!
