Our tech, Gavin, was a true pro today. He arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. He had the new timer installed in the dryer in 15 minutes, ran a brief test to verify it was working properly, and departed in under an hour. It's working fine now.

He was very professional. I requested a consult on the rusting doors which were replaced previously. I told the last repairman that the doors are faux steel that’s why they keep rusting. I need to have the doors replaced or replace the whole refrigerator. Please confirm my request.
