Tyler is the best. He notified me when on his way. Was polite. Let me know what he was doing when he needed to go back to his truck. He moved items off the top of the dryer and put them back neatly that I wasn't able to do because of a temporary disability. The part was a few dollars over what insurance wanted to pay and he contacted them and got approval for the higher amount. He was tidy. He had the part on his truck so he was able to complete the repair on the one visit/

On the initial visit the tech said that we would not have a microwave repair until the end of January. He then called and said it could be much sooner!!! We were thrilled and they came and the repair was done!! We actually ordered a small microwave to use since the repair was over 3 weeks away!! We were able to return that! Thank you!
