While Danial was able to quickly diagnose what appeared to be one of the problems with our washer and claiming both would be remedied with a reset, the washer still does not drain correctly.

My rating does not have anything to do with service tech, but with call center. Waited 6 weeks for a part that never showed up till this week 10/24 th. Not at all happen with my service plan.

The techs and CSRs are great but the system is SO BAD THAT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SEARS WARRANTY TO MY WORST ENEMY. I'M NOT SURE IT CAN BE FIXED. AND, MY ICE MAKER QUIT WORKING AFTER 2 DAYS. MY REFRIGERATOR IS A KENMORE/LG PIECE OF CRAP! DON"T BUY LG ANYTHING!!!

Only reason they are getting a second star is because they are convenient because they get to the job quick. I had a dishwasher break. The tech came out 2 days after the call. He called 3 times because he could not find the unit in a 4 building complex. He diagnosed the dishwasher in 16 minutes and said it was a shorted pump. The quote was well over the price of a brand new dishwasher which is crazy. I looked up the part number and a quick youtube video and decided to try to fix it myself. After taking apart a few pieces of the dishwasher I got to the pump and it was a TOOTHPICK. The tech did not remove one part or even look hard just said “shorted pump” all it was a toothpick clogging the pump. After talking to the company they will not refund any money because they “diagnosed” the issue even though it was not the proper issue. Waste of time and money. Just go out and buy a new appliance and save yourself the 129 dollar diagnostic fee.

My water filter continued to leak after the tech changed the filter cartridge He left without flushing the filter throughly if he had he would have seen the leak

From originally misdiagnosing my ovens issue, to receiving an empty part box (that was delivered days before the appointment but not checked until day of), to not sending the reordered part to my residence (as I asked to receive and not the tech in hopes I’d be able to catch any empty boxes days before the appointment). This whole experience has been slightly lackluster. Sears has completely dropped the ball and even my home warranty cannot get them on the phone. We started this process with them on April 26th 2024. Today we still do not have a working oven. After two different companies (home warranties ya know) I ended back with Sears and asked to at least have a different technician due to the misdiagnosis at the first appointment. They said they would gladly do so. Today’s appointment was scheduled with the same tech. I cancelled the appointment. Thank goodness this was covered through my home warranty that was bought as a gift for us. I will not be using Sears in the future and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

The gentleman was very nice, but the fridge is still broken... so we paid $800 for nothing to get fixed.. :(
