The tech unscrewed the water pan & didn't screw it back in. This let to water leaking & causing water damage to several areas

They are not reliable service , from sears . Never use their service.. their technician are rude and tell customer how they work . I requested service 12 to 5 and he called me at 8 am he said he can not come after 22 pm . I have business out of state and told jim I will be there at 12 and he canceled the service and made to re schedule the service. Very rude .. never use their service..

Galvin came out unprepared and did not have the parts needed for the repair. He did state the dryer needed a switch. I had received a quote from your Technician Robert Dobbs on 4/29/25 with prices, on parts that were needed. I had sent pictures with the dryer and serial numbers to Robert Dobbs and received an email with prices for a switch and a belt that could have fixed the probable problem today. Mr Galvin should of had that part with him today, but instead gave multiple excuses being the weekend and he was unable to pick up the part and would have to get it. That would mean another visit and a quote from him for over $350 to come back and complete the job in addition to the service diagnostic visit today. I could have had a visit by you or another company during the week, but would have required me taking off work. I was told when I scheduled Saturday it was not going to be a weekend call usually costing more money. The price was the same. Now I will most likely have to call another company and take off work during the week and still be without a dryer for another week or possibly more. This is an inconvienence and this is very unprofessional. I have used your company in the past but I will never use your company services again.

It took a month to receive a part that wasn't the main source of the problem which is a compressor needing to be replaced stated the repairman. Coming to the home order the part brought the wrong part became back with the part not at the same time that was allotted for service took a week to come back out to tell us it's the compressor took one month very very unsatisfied

This should be no star at all but it will not let me submit a review. Unprofessional. Will not communicate with customer. Left the gate open and left without speaking to me about the problem or what is going on with my AC unit. A waste of money paying a service call.

I know they think that using AI is cost effective but its just confusing the entire process. It cancels appointments and never gives the information requested. I used to think of you guys as reputable but now it looks like I have to find someone else that answers the phone and is more reliable.

The Technician, Tony was great. I am not rating him, I am rating your company! However dealing with your company in general was horrible. It should not take FOUR MONTHS to get a stove repaired!!! Service is terrible since it is no longer owned by Sears.

Paid for a part that I did not need and the repairman said I would be refunded for the part. Two months later I still have not gotten my refund of $608. You cannot get a hold of anyone at the company other than someone in India. The representatives agree that they will have the money sent within a week and still eight weeks later no refund. Poor Customer Service with excuses about their system being. Or that they don’t have a supervisor on or available. You have to hold for 40 minutes to get someone who cannot help you. This company is a scam. Do not use them. I would love a company representative to reach out to me. I would like to have this issue resolved
