The technician left before the house cooled. The unit started leaking water and still did not cool the house. Unsatisfied with the service. This will be the third trip next Wednesday.

Horrible waited for them to show up and didn’t 4 times. Couldn’t fix it even though I had to buyhad to let them take a picture of my drivers license even after payment was cleared. Very scary in rbese times.horrible overall experience. 3 days waiting from 8-5 and they didn’t show. 2 other times they had the wrong part. They couldn’t fix. Must buy new nut bc I can’t keep living this way if waiting on failing Shs

I’ve had the worst experience with this company. My fridge has gone out 3 times.. it takes forever to get a technician out because i have a warranty so i assume folks with a warranty come last.. they continue to try to fix the fridge instead of replacing it which is part of my warranty.. then you get individuals on the phone that don’t instant what you’re saying…i’ve lost so much food and mind you groceries aren’t cheap!! At this point i’m going to report them to the BBB and notifying my lawyer..i will never ever purchase a warranty through them again.. Frustrated!!

I’m waiting for my 4th appointment to get my issue resolved. First guy changed valve on my refrigerator….said if that didn’t work I would need new ice maker (which is issue reported). On the second appointment they couldn’t do anything because their system was down and they didn’t have the ability to obtain diagnostic codes (???). Third appointment he said they would need to order ice maker. I asked him why it wasn’t ordered after first visit didn’t resolve the issue….he just shook his head (barely spoke English). Next appointment (six weeks later)….they better show up with the ice maker to install. VERY DISAPPOINTED in their service!!!!

After the technician left, I ran the dishwasher (without dishes) to clean it out and my kitchen floor got flooded. Apparently when the technician did a simple fix of reconnecting a plug to the electric outlet, he unknowingly also disconnected the drainage line. I made an appointment for a return to fix his mistake, but was told I would be charged another $99. Since he broke it, I should not be charged.
