I tried to give this company a second chance after a bad experience in the spring. There is no way to provide a zero star. If I could, I would. Just terrible.. Waited all day for a confirmed 8am-5pm appointment. Received a text stating arrival at 2:35pm. Never showed. Unable to reach a person. Only a robot. Do NOT use this company!

The worst service ever!!! Had an appointment set up for over a month for safety recall and inspection. Today of the appointment window they canceled by TEXT with 2 hours left in the appointment window. Keep in mind that they request 24 hour notice if I needed to change the time. No local number to call...all route to off shore call center of which all they can do is sent internal email. Sears TOLD me the new date and time without even seeing if that worked for me. Then claim they don't have an earlier appointment. Why would a technician not have the right equipment on the truck. AND why can they not change or make room to get here sooner.....oh I know, the appliance company if most likely paying a lower rate....even though is is a safety inspection. SEARS will prioritize $$$ over customer safety and convenience. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY unless forced. ****update messaged them of FB as per in the response....and still no phone call or reply back.

RUN , don’t walk away! They are a fraudulent company I had my refrigerator serviced by Danny, via Sears. He has fantastic customer service. I am not just saying this, as I have had other repairs done via Sears and he has been by far the most helpful and informative. I am grateful to have had him complete my service on today. Fast forward to 3 months later I have had Sears Home Services come out to repair my Washer. The first technician literally blew on the part and then said it was fixed. The second guy did replace the part with a new one. The third time, it was deemed unrepairable. On July 31st, they approved a replacement. Today is AUGUST 21st and I have YET to receive any information about the replacement. I keep getting the run around EACH TIME I call , with them saying 3-5 business days. EVERY SINGLE TIME -and this has been going on for a month now. They are scheming and I am about to cancel this so called “plan!”

They work in cahoot with the warranty compan ies to take your money and instead of completing the service in a day it's extended out weeks and have you sitting and waiting for hours. Never again Sears

Horrible. RANDY S never showed up but charged me as if he did. Home all day, called and texted. No response. No air conditioning fixed after waiting over a week for this appointment. Won’t return phone calls or texts now.

NO stars!!! I have had multiple appointments for two appliances going back March. A lot of Promises and no shows. And received a email receipt for repair that was done today, the thing is NO one has been here. Not only they are not honoring my warranty they falsifying information!!!!
