My refrigerator still has not been fixed. It has been since 3/12/23. That is 7 months! There is no way to talk to a live person on their automated phone system so they just keep sending techs out who keep closing the case. It is ridiculous!

They were here 15 minutes. Drier NOT WORKING. SOMEONE NEEDS TO COME TOMORROW AND FIX THIS MACHINE OR REPLACE IT.

The repair not complete. Unfortunately, this was not able to be known until today. Fridge wasn't cooling. Tech diagnosed the issue and supposedly fixed it. We were instructed to wait 18 hours for it to cool completely. We were told that we would be able to use it this morning. This morning, I opened my fridge and it was just a hot add it was before the "repair". I tried to reach out to the tech with no response. I called Sears and was told the first availability to have someone come do the repair that was supposed to have been done yesterday, that was ALREADY PAID FOR, was going to be another week and a half away. How are you not going to send someone to fix their mistake for another week and a half with no effort to try to get someone sooner??? If I could give zero stars, I would.

Prompt, professional and courteous on the day of service. BUT the next day everything in the refrigerator was hot and ruined. I called to report it and was told i had to wait 14 days to get a repairman to come fix it. I'm still waiting on a supervisor to call me back (it's been 6 days). So I don't have a refrigerator for the holidays or any day.
