Sears home warranty program it terrible. Don’t buy it. If you need a repair, they give you an eight hour window to sit in your house and wait for the repair man. Then after five or six hours, you get a text message that says your service has been rescheduled for another day. This has happened to me three times. when I first bought this program many years ago, it was great. Now it’s terrible, even though the repairmen are fine people who do a good job.

Appointment 8 to 5:00!!! Who in today’s age accepts that ridiculous appointment schedule time. Sears executives I hope when you go on a flight the airline tells you to be there at 8 o’clock in the morning and they’ll get you on between eight and five, or a doctors appointment, come at 8 o’clock in the morning and will try to squeeze you in between eight and five, then dinner reservations, come to our restaurant between eight and five,… see how stupid and senseless that sounds, but yet people accept it and you get away with it. And then before your appointment you send countless emails asking for the issue were having , you then ask for the model number, the style number, all so you can get parts ready on the day of the repair, but yet the repair man comes with no parts, has to reschedule for another date between eight and five all to hear from the repair man that they never get the parts. This is a fiasco, a real cluster of just zero customer service 000 customer service.

No one ever showed up to my house to fix the dishwasher. They are stating that they did but they couldn't have because no one was home. Also on my cameras it never shows a tech arriving at my home.

Tech that did the work was great. Sears appliance repair / a & e appliance / repair suck. Horrible customer service / website/ follow up. I would never recommend and tell people to run fast.
