I am absent from my property in the north Put special instructions in for tech to contact condo watch person they were not looked at so i had to try and coordinate your entrance from afar pretty tricky and frustrating Just a heads up for future appts check where to park how to get in etc Thx

Although I did not like booking an appointment through AI, my technician showed up on time, and Emmanuel was very professional, friendly, and informative. He was very knowledgeable about the ice maker and all the components and you always wonder who will come out for the call but Sears is lucky to have him! I have used Sears for about 30 years and It’s nice that the company is still around.
