Extremely knowledgeable and capable

Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable allowing him to order all of the parts to our 12 year old Cadillac of a laundry machine in no time at all when the parts arrived, he and another were there to put them in without incident. They tested everything and were honest about another problem regarding our GFCI that I already knew about but was hindering their full satisfaction of the test results. He worked around the problem for 100% success. He neither wasted time nor rushed. Excellent service!
