He gave us an approximate idea of appt time at 0800. He was prompt, polite, helpful, professional throughout the visit. He had the necessary parts with him based on our morning discussion. He was GREAT to work with...completed his repair. He wished us a great day as he departed. EXCELLENT IN EVERY PHASE OF A SERVICE APPT.

Pete was excellent. He was polite, thorough, conscientious and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. Pete also put everything away and was very neat, organized and methodical about all of his work. I very highly recommend him.
