The light in the freezer section wasn’t working. Pete came and got it working, as well as fixing another issue. However about two hours later the light was not working again. When Pete left it was working so I don’t have an issue with him, but the problem reappeared.

Luis, a Sears w/d tech was assigned to perform annual maintenance & possible repair on my refrigerator freeze under my Sear warranty. He performed pretty much a cursery visual inspection. Luis was very nice, but we should have had a refrig qualified tech. Give Luis the training he should have to do the job thoroughly. AI change appointment date several times without my input. Get rid of AI. Also, Sears uses DirecTV as a backup for Sears appliance servicing. Ohio office made excuses for decline in quality maintenance service. I am a long time Sears appliances customer. Very frustrated and disappointed in over all quality of service.
