From start to finish we could not have asked for better service. We had a clearly understandable representative get our call in off hours, and schedule an appointment. Subsequently I was sent email with confirmations and a link to a work order that I could view and edit. We were given updates with regard to arrival and Jamal our tech was terrific. He pursued extra testing and read outs of error codes to ensure the fix we implemented was appropriate. Definitely will recommend. Note the service can also be reached via A&E Factory Service.

Jamal was fantastic! He worked on our Craft Ice Cube Maker. He was professional, friendly and very polite. There was an issue with the replacement part that was mailed to us and he wouldn't give up. He tried very hard to fix it. It will take another few hours to see if it's working. If it isn't he told us who to call and we will definitely ask for him. He's great! Sears is lucky to have him!!
