Jamal, the service technician that came to service our Whirlpool refrigerator was awesome. He arrived promptly after calling to estimate arrival time. Jamal was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and returned to complete the repair. He is by far, the best sevice technician that we have ever had
