KENNY THE SERVICE TECH. WAS VERY POLITE , EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HOW THE FRIG. WAS TO BE MAINTAINED & EFFICIENT!! HE WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHERS THAT HAVE BEEN HERE TO SERVICE THE FRIG.!!! ONLY ONE OTHER TIME THERE WAS A MAN THAT DID THE JOB RIGHT AS WELL (IN 10 YRS OF SERVICE CALLS!!!)

I was at BJs supermarket to use their restroom. We are members and gas there is cheaper for members. 2 associates asked if I needed help. One said encouraging words to me. This made my day. BJs restrooms are clean and they have toilet seat tissue paper. Which is really hygienic.
