The Sears tech guys was good and professional, I was a little taken back after being rescheduled twice for my repair. But overall the techs were good.

The service tech was neat, clean and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what was wrong with refrigerator. I have a Samsung Refrigerator, it took a week to get service, I lost food because of the lack of timely service.
