Ted has been to my house many times to service my Kenmore water softener. He is extremely knowledgeable, about repairing my water softener. He is very neat and always cleans up when he is finished. You should be extremely proud to have such a wonderful employee and I hope you give him many raises for good work.

My technicians name was Angelo (Tampa). He was a professional with his communications and performance. I was the last stop of his day and as you can imagine your day can get away from you depending on the jobs. He came to my house with a smile on his face at 530pm and was here for 1 hour. He let me know what he was doing to remedy the situation and showed me that he addressed the situation. As an aside, I had a different person at the house earlier today and that person was quick but quick to call the job done with minimal communication. Angelo was great, you’d be lucky to have him provide you with service!!
