Came in to fix microwave. They pulled out of my driveway and micro went black, not working. Supposed to come back today. I hope so as this is going on since end of April!!!!’

Now that the refrigerator is fixed for the second time, same problem as the first time, now the freezer will not make ice. Ted was the tech assigned and completed the work. Need to have him call or stop by to resolve this issue. I posted this a few days ago and still haven’t heard anything back

No option to speak to a person when requiring an emergency repair. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived three and a half hours later than Sears notification software projected. Can’t blame the technician for challenges repairing Kenmore/LG junk. He did his best but one can’t wait wait a week for parts to arrive and then more days until service can install when the refrigerator stops working and you have four coolers with frozen product kept that way with 25lbs of dry ice at $60.00 a day.

Repairman had to come twice to identify that there is a problem. They declare the refrigerator dead and said in a few days someone will call to tell us what they will do. 😢. This was from early March. Still no contact, refrigerator still not working.

The A/C is not working again. The Tech was here this morning. He said he fix something and put coolant in it… I feel he didn’t evaluate everything properly… when it gets hot out mid day the system won’t activate the A/C and blower won’t run…. Now they won’t give me a follow up for another week.., absurd… Do not use Sears home repairs!!!!

Extremely disappointing and frustrating. It took nearly two months without a washer, waiting all day for a technician to show up (they said someone would come out between 8 am and 5 pm only for a technician to arrive at 7 pm), misdiagnosis by two different Sears technicians (claimed problem was "fixed" only to leave washer in worse condition three separate times), ordering and waiting for parts, and multiple last-minute cancellations and rescheduled appointments by Sears for them to be unable to fix the problem. I ultimately had to have a different company come out. They scheduled the appointment between 9 am and 11 am, arrived by 9:20 am, and diagnosed and fixed the problem in under one hour.

I was scammed by your technician. He took my money without performing a service and blammed me for his having to come out here due to a claim from choice warranty. CHOICE Warranty had me to believe I was covered. No Service,.???. He explained why they should be covered for the service. He should take that up with Choice Warranty. I'M very disgusted with the service and his negative attitude of a Victim Mentallity. I have dealt with Sears technician for at least 30 years and have never had a Problem. Always great service. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.MY MONEY SHOULD BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. DISGUSTED AND SUPER IRRITATED 👌
