Got all parts needed and very good

Serviceman was efficient and provided explanation of problem with icemaker which was repaired.

Very nice, knowledgeable technician. He explained everything and although it was too expensive to fix a 10year old fridge I think it was worth the visit cost to know exactly what was wrong with it.

Service was very good. Theodore was thorough and found the problem with the ice-maker. The ice-maker was replaced and put in the same day as the maintenance service and was covered with protection agreeement.

Christopher was very polite and explained in detailed what was wrong. In addition he fixed the issue with one visit.

The technicians are always knowledgeable and always on time. I have been a Sears Customer for over 30 years.

Came and checked the unit, explained details that are useful for the future and made sure everything was working correctly great job, thanks Jim
