It was expensive. We paid 130.00 to schedule the repair to our dishwasher. We knew it was not broken, but we paid to get the service person here. They did show up the next day (today) they installed no new parts, they just installed the sprayer. Again no parts and it took max 20 minutes which it includes paying their bill. Which was another 169.00. People find a different service company. No wonder Sears went out of business. The repairman pushed home warranty. Not sure if this was a mistake but it was costly

The gentleman that came was very nice and very professional. But Honestly maintenance check up is pulling the refrigerator out vacuuming the floor and vacuuming the back of the refrigerator. The cost of this policy doesn’t warrant me continuing it
