Very nice technician! Unfortunately I just started the first load of laundry and the machine shorted out with smoke rising from the control panel. Now waiting for a call back. :(

James was great. Explained the problem and what we would need to do to fix it. We had to reschedule a couple of times but James called me and why we need to reschedule then called to let me know he was on the way.
