Ralph was great! He checked out several possibilities that were affecting our refrigerator and water dispenser. He determined that it might be the flap that allows the ice cubes to dispenser. But he thinks it has something to do with the waterline. We should call back if it doesn't work.

I chose not to have the dryer repaired as the cost would have been prohibitive. Ralph was very courteous and walked me through exactly what was wrong and what had caused the issue.
