Ralph 'The Appliance Repair Man' 🔧
Ralph made the trip to my rural setting and repaired the igniters on my 12 year-old Sears stove, a.k.a. Kenmore brand . Ralph is knowledgable cordial, and worked promptly and installed the igniters. All went well . Ralph is an old-school repair man and I appreciate his acumen . 👍🏻

Why did I wait 1 extra week for service???
James told me they were here last week on Tuesday & Thursday. Why did you not put me on one of those days? That is pathetic lousy service. James is always great but that's just Sickening that you made me wait 1 entire extra week to get service. James was also... confused why you didn't get me scheduled for last week. That's unacceptable!! Sickening actually is what that was. I rebuke it too!!!
