Ralph was excellent. I had misaligned the filter of my washing machine while I was cleaning it, which led to it leaking when I tried to run a cycle. Ralph quickly identified the issue, fixed it, cleaned the excess water, and gave me instructions on how to properly align it for future reference. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. If we run into any issues with our appliances in the future, we’ll definitely give Sears Home Services a call again!
