Technician was on time and finished in a timely manner. However, in scheduling I was texted at least three times, asking for a number one reply if I still wanted to keep the appointment. After replying with a Number 1, Three times, I continued to get a return text saying my response was not received. Email confirmed that the technician would be here at the date specified.
