Quick response time (I was able to schedule a next day diagnostic appointment), polite, and professional. I like the tracking feature that shows you how far the tech is located. Only downfall was we had to order a part, which arrived within a week, but the repair appointment wasn't for week and a half, so I had an extra week of Laundromat visiting. Other than that, washer motherboard was replaced within an hour and it all works good.
