Tech was professional and friendly. I had to wait a week for the parts to arrive. Upon returning, he completed the work and said that he now believes I have an electrical problem with the 220V outlet. A bit frustrating but an easy fix I can handle.

Repair man was great, but the trying to schedule or re-schedule is a pain when a part has been ordered. My part was in, but it did not show in their system. I scheduled a day and no one showed up or even called. Their automated system is useless.

I only had 45 minutes to get ready for the service tech after his call. No time was set for the appointment only a stand by set 7 am to 7 pm. He informed me he rang the door bell but when my dog alerted my nurse went to see who was standing out side my door, he never rang the doorbell or knock. I checked the doorbell while he was here. It worked, he just didn't ring it

We're very disappointed that Sears changed our appointment with no warning or asking if a new date would work. The website is not user friendly. The technician had no idea why our appointment was changed. He was very professional and did a great job though. I do not recommend signing up for Sears Home Warranty Service.

ken was very rude on telling me what the problem was and just walked out of my house after saying a few words on why he couldn't order the part... to me it seemed that ken showed me that it was inconvenient for him to even do the repair

Mechanic was good. There needs to be more workers hired because he has to cover the whole southern part of the state. I think this is why the appointments are too far out You can’t talk with anyone because it’s all automated. They first made me an appointment for a microwave which was wrong. It should have been for my fridge. Then the tech came out and after figuring it was the defrost heater I had to make another appointment once it got here. The fridge’s freezer was not usable till today. It shouldn’t take a fridge to get fixed 12 days.
