I have had the opportunity to avail the services of various HVAC service providers for this particular furnace, and they had no qualms about entering the attic to carry out the necessary maintenance. However, my experience with Sears was quite different. When the Sears technician arrived, I was surprised to see that they were not as qualified as the professionals I had dealt with previously. Instead of fully entering the attic, the technician merely stuck their head through the threshold of the access point. They quickly concluded that the attic was unsafe and inaccessible, without properly assessing the situation. Given my previous experiences with other service providers, I am inclined to believe that the Sears technician lacked the necessary experience and expertise to accurately evaluate the condition of my attic. Therefore, I am requesting a second opinion from a more qualified professional to ensure that the assessment made by the Sears technician was indeed accurate.

Terrible experience !!! Predatory. Wanted to charge 500$ to install a 70$ lid switch which I could have bought a new machine. The part was extremely easy to replace. I am a senior, disabled and in need for help. Sears is not recommended in my opinion. I will never call them again.

The man has no customer relations skills. My wife and I both thought he was rude. Personality severly missing.

I wish I could give you a negative star review!!! Your automated system and chat sucks! It doesn’t allow you to connect to a human to find out what is really going on! I have had the WORST experience ever! Do not go through SEARS if you can help it! Unfortunately Balckhills energy uses them. I just want my washer fixed! They give you a window of 8am -5pm and don’t show up TWICE! That is two whole days I stayed home waiting for no one to show up! Here I am on my third appointment trying to make sure I’m not waiting again for nothing and I’m told they can’t get a manager!! No customer service. AI can’t replace everything and an option to speak to a human should be offered before being hung up on or being asked if we just want to go to main menu if the chat bot can’t resolve the issue!

Guy who came to check washing machine was extremely rude also when on phone they told us less money but guy asked for 400$ and not only that he said he doesn't give any receipt or bill, that's illegal for business to do and second thing he specifically asked for cash money only as it was clear that technicians working their are doing tax fraud and I will definitely let IRS know about this too. Guy denied us to even let us talk to helpline on phone. He was extremely rude and violent and we feared for our lives as he used bad words and denied to leave the house at one moment. I want to bring your attention to this kind of rude behavior, this is unacceptable.

labor was way to high. hard to get someone to talk to could not understand them.. that is what you get for out sourcing. will not use again..
