Water Heater Inspection
James showed up right on time. He was able to perform the inspection and testing in our narrow utility space just off the laundry room despite the Kenmore Water Softener which makes access to the water heater controls a challenge. He worked efficiently and provided the full report to the Sears Protection Plan Team. James explained the buyback option and gave a solid recommendation for a reliable replacement.
