Daniel is great. HOWEVER I have been without an operating fridge for over 2 months because my service appointment keeps getting rescheduled without my knowledge. Your system doesn't allow me to TALK to anyone to resolve, and your AI can't figure it out. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daniel was very knowledgeable and VERY helpful with information about the lack of reliability of Samsung ice makers! He gave us suggestions to use in aiding in the operation of it. He’s also VERY nice, polite and respectful. A really good guy!

Excellent serve repairman. James did a good job and was wonderful to deal with. He is a Sears tech. The repair was for my A/C. The Sears appointment system is a little difficult but ultimately we were connected. I’m very thankful. Good job James.
