Very pleasant and professional
Sergio was definitely knowledgeable, but I am frustrated with both Choice Home Warranty and Sears Home Services that, after waiting for a week for the first available appointment, they sent a company that doesn't even deal with water sourced heat pumps. I had noted "water sourced", as well as the Trane model number, in the service request.

We've had James work on multiple appliances-air conditioner and the most recent our furnace, each time he's been great. Timely, kind, knowledgeable and great work. He fixed our furnace quickly which was much appreciated because it's freezing!
