Jason was friendly and professional when servicing our appliances. It was a pleasure to have him come to our home for service!

James was very nice and fixed my heat. However he left to get a part and didn’t come back until 6 hrs later. I had no phone number for Sears to check on what was going on. No number on your website. No way to contact anyone to find out why this took 6 hrs or why he had not returned so made for an extremely frustrating day.

Technician was very knowledgeable but had problems solving the issue, so he continued working on it until everything was functioning properly. He was very clean and professional and communicative. We’re very pleased with the experience all around.

Daniel was very thorough and polite, and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Excellent service.
