Technician arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. Technician had the part in his truck so the replacement and repair was done same day which was awesome. Very happy with the service I received.

Erick provided excellent service but he ordered 2 parts on April 2 and the second one came one week ago --June 7 after endless phone calls, being on hold almost every day and experiencing misery. I waited all day yesterday and then got word that the appointment had been moved to Monday. A kind person found a cancellation today. Erick knew none of this. He installed the two parts and apologized for my long wait. I am very disappointed in Sears. Erick was the best but Sears is a source of much chaos now. I am still waiting to hear about replacement of my dishwasher. That has been escalated six times now. This is not acceptable service for a Master Protection Plan we have counted on for decades.
