Great service by James, the Sears Home Services HVAC technician who came out today and helped our tenants with Furnace Inspection, Safety check, testing for Carbon Monoxide and giving everyone peace of mind that the HVAC was operating correctly and safely. Daniel is always cordial, conversant, and thorough. I hope someone in management reads this comment: Not related directly to this successful appointment, this was the third time we were scheduled for the dishwasher repair. On the two previous occasions, NO ONE SHOWED UP, WE RECEIVED NO INDICATIONS AS TO WHY THERE WAS NO TECHNICIANS HONORING THE COMMITMENT. IN A FEW WORDS, YOUR SCHEDULING/COMMITMENT SYSTEM IS APPARENTLY BROKEN. COMBINE THIS WE ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON REPRESENTING SEARS/TRANSFORMCO, RESULTS IN THE WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. TO CAP OFF THIS POOR PERFORMANCE, THE SAME THING HAPPENED ON A COMMITMENT BY SEARS TO PERFORM THE ANNUAL CHECK ON OUR MICROWAVE - NO ONE SHOWED, NO INDICATION AS TO WHY, AUTOMATIC RESCHEDULE, NO PERSONAL CONTACTS. I MUST ADD THAN YOUR "AI REP, SAMATHA" IS A WASTE OF TIME. IT CANNOT HANDLE ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES HUMAN THOUGHT AND DECISION-MAKING. GIVEN THAT WE ARE CUSTOMERS OF SEARS AND ITS PROTECTION AGREEMENTS FOR DECADES, THIS SORT OF IMPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WE CERTAINLY HOPE THAT A REAL PERSON READS THESE COMMENTS AND CONTACTS US SO WE CAN ADDRESS THESE OBVIOUS FLAWS IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
