Sergii was great!! I would never have gotten my refrigerator repaired if it wasn't for him. Your total AI customer service sucks!! I had issues that your AI couldn't handle and it would just hang up on me. It took four months to get my refrigerator repaired and that was even with Sergii's help!! You definitely need a better customer service tool. AI only works if it is programmed to work, and your definitely doesn't work!! If the AI can't answer the question or help in someway, then you should be able to chat with a real person. After this experience, I will never buy a Kenmore appliance again, and I have been buying Kenmore all my life for over 40 years. But with this lack of customer service, I will never buy from you again.!!!
