Technician was very knowledgeable but had problems solving the issue, so he continued working on it until everything was functioning properly. He was very clean and professional and communicative. We’re very pleased with the experience all around.

Luis is great- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will not, however, use Sears Appliance Repair again. It is extremely difficult to call for an appointment because it is almost impossible to understand the scheduler and because of the “scripts” they are required to follow.

Tyler was wonderful! Exceptional help and taught me a few things about the fridge I needed to know - and we checked the water pressure as well. He is a very good agent.
