Michael W. called just before coming and was right on time. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer, and was very efficient in the repair. He cleaned up after the job. Mike was very patient and kind to two of our younger grandchildren who watched him throughout the repair. We would enjoy his returning to repair our appliances in the future.

Mike was very good but you had him way across town from me because no one ever took down my address so he came late, and your crappy AI system wouldn’t allow me to edit my service address prior to the service call. And once I had a scheduled appointment I was never able to talk with a live human being until Mike called to get my address. Good technician; lousy communication technology in order to save money on salaries. Your guys walk into homes already behind the eight ball.
