My experience is not with the technician but with Sears Benefits Department. My refrigerator I less than 3 years old and has stopped working 5 times! Sears promised me a new refrigerator if it broke again. This time when they came out they said they couldn’t find my previous repair orders and would have to start all over with this being the first time! I’m so disappointed and frustrated with Sears. I will never buy anything from them ever again.

Casey is consistently outstanding!!! Sears MPA service has sadly been totally unsatisfactory. The issue with my dishwasher was originally identified in February 2024 and has not been resolved yet! I have been a Sears customer for over 40 years but this is the end!!!

Tech was awesome. Scheduling department and trying to get an appointment on website or get a helpful service advisor on the phone was brutal. Impossible.
