Dimitri figured out the problem and solved it. Very good experience. He found the camping can opener that was jamming the disposal.

Daniel C. was a fantastic, knowledgable technician for our Kenmore fridge repair. There was a little speedbump when the service company sent the wrong part to our house, so Daniel was unable to perform the repair on the second (after the initial diagnostic) appointment. He immediately ordered the correct part and scheduled another repair appointment. When he came back the next time, he again arrived on time and made the repairs in less than an hour. I would definitely use the same company again if we need future repairs.
