The service man was great..but I give your customer service a 0..it would be nice to talk to a human being when there are questions. I was sorely disappointed in rescheduling..and no one showing up and the ordering of a wrong part and the very first service call 10/19 your system was down and your service man could not get thru or get answers..that was all so frustrating and waited all day on 3 different days for someone to show up!!

Jestavian is very professional. Unfortunately we did not have the outcome we were expecting. The new motor and starter button did not get the job down. The Kenmore Dryer is 25 years old so onto a newer model. Thanks for all your efforts Jestavian.

Tech was very knowledgeable, professional and repair my dishwasher using the new parts needed. No issues with tech, only with how the company handles miss appointments. Hopefully that doesn’t happen again for future service calls.
