Their customer service needs to be easier to get a hold of - they make it hard because they don't have enough reps manning the phones. Their help line on their website doesn't even work. However, technician Mike was wonderful, prompt, & clean with service. He ensured the dishwasher was fixed (even after an initial hiccup). Request Mike for your next service!

The parts to forever.

I feel like it was a little expensive for 20 minutes of time. If no parts are ordered and it’s a quick fix it shouldn’t be $200. People are trying to survive out here. Ridiculous to charge that much. Erick was awesome though.
