Sergio my technician was great. However, Sears turn around time was ridiculous! Scheduled me out way too far after receiving the part in four days. Then didn’t show up and I had to reschedule again five days later. Will NEVER use Sears again after calling them for ten years.

He was supposed to get us a refund on a part that didn’t work but he didn’t do it. We had to contact our credit card company to get the money back. He did not fix our problem either.

Tech arrived with incorrect reason for service call. He seemed very unqualified and even suggested that he might break something if he tried to troubleshoot the issue. I did not feel confident in his abilities and had him leave without doing any damage.

Horrible service. Today was the fourth time they scheduled to come repair our dishwasher and the 4th no show. The repairs are under warranty so we become a lesser priority so we get pushed aside. No calls just no show. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Garbage company. They give you the laughable 8-5 service window. Waited all day, received confirmation tech was on his way. Waited an hour and a half, no tech showed. Called the company and was told tech would be reaching out. Waited half an hour and didn’t get a call. Don’t waste your time like I did, book someone else from the start.
