Technician Erick called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. He, as usual was punctual, courteous and crisply attired in Sears work uniform. Listened most attentively and went directly to work. Always Professional
He's seen our refrigerator often, due to a continuous failing of Samsung's ice maker. A failing we will consider on our next refrigerator purchase. He remains professional, courteous and it's clearly recognized that he is a diligent employee, happily working for his company and providing excellent customer service. Pay him well and consider cloning him or at least using him as an example for newer employees.
