Respectful, positive attitude, introducing himself and he worked for Sears and was here to work on dishwasher. Got to work with putting protective flooring before he started checking our dishwasher. Michael was polite as he asked what the problem was and as he worked with coworkers on the phone. Then shared the outcome that we would be getting anew Dishwasher.

Had our fridge go on the fritz and was able to get a same-day appointment on New Year's Eve. Our tech Dan was super helpful, diagnosed the issue, and had us back up and running in no time. Will absolutely use this service again if we have any similar issues in the future. Thanks, Dan!
