The Sears technician's have all been excellent. They do a complete job, are courteous, and explain what is happening. I have had a protection agreement with Sears for years because of the service.

I was able to obtain a service call on the same day (for the dryer). Jesus F, the Sears technician, kept me informed of his ETA. When he arrived, he explained clearly what he did for the preventive maintenance of the appliances and he was very thorough in his work. He seemed very knowledgeable. He was very polite and considerate. I am very happy with the service calls.

Sears assigned appliance technician, Dameon H. arrived and completely looked over the Kenmore dryer to make sure my dryer works. He did a thorough cleaning of all parts of the dryer. He noticed that the rollers which was causing the screeching noise needed to be replaced. In addition he also noticed that the belts were worn out and needed to replaced before the belts caused a total malfunction of the dryer. Dameon was always professional and quickly fixed and repaired my dryer. He went through the entire dryer to make sure all parts were in good working condition ensuring the dryer will continue to work daily. Thank you Dameon
