Jesus I was extremely communicative managed to move our appointment up, super helpful and very respectful, efficient and patient I would highly recommend him. He was here almost an hour old told used his steamer to defrost ice blocking the return vent. No parts were needed. But Sears charged me $409 for the labor only. Not his fault of course and I bet he didn’t make even us more percentage of that.

The Sears technician's have all been excellent. They do a complete job, are courteous, and explain what is happening. I have had a protection agreement with Sears for years because of the service.
